First Class Fun Company Frozen Food Guidelines |
In order to better serve your frozen food fundraising needs, we have established the following guidelines for all frozen food product sales. Please Note: These guidelines DO NOT apply to any of our other products. |
1. There is a minimum retail sale of just $3,000.00 required to process frozen food orders. Orders with retail sale totals less than the minimum order requirement cannot be processed or may be subject to delivery surcharges. 2. First Class Fun Company does not warehouse or handle frozen or chilled foods. We are a local representative for a nationwide company that specializes in frozen food fundraising products. 3. All of our frozen food product is sent directly to your location from our supplier on their own refrigerated trucks. 4. All frozen products are sold by CASE quantity (products are packed 6 pieces to the case). After we receive your orders and tabulate them, we will send you a report titled "Unsold Merchandise Report" The report will list all the products over and above your actual orders that will be necessary to fill cases. Example: cheese pizzas are sold 6 to a case and your actual sale is for 33 cheese pizzas your unsold merchandise report would show 3 cheese pizzas as unsold. This report will be sent to you within a week of order receipt. You can then use this opportunity to sell off the items on your unsold merchandise report. Please note we can only sell FULL CASES of frozen goods. Special tip: you may wish to consider "donating" a few items of your unsold merchadise to the faculty or staff break room at the school or give an item or two to the principal or office secretaries to foster some goodwill with your group 5. First Class Fun Co. does not have refrigerated warehouse space or delivery vehicles. We rely on our suppliers to assist us with this process because it is what they specialize in. Good communication between our office and the supplier is important for proper processing of your order. Therefore it is critical that your order be complete and accurate when we receive it so that we order EXACTLY the merchandise you need. Any late orders MUST be placed within 24 hours after we send your "Unsold Merchandise Report". Orders for merchandise placed after that time, unfortunately, cannot be filled. 6. Because we do not deliver your frozen product personally it will need to be sorted and packed for each individual seller. This will require some volunteers from the group (or the fifth or sixth grade class) and about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your order and volume sold. We will gladly have someone from our staff there to help you with this project if you wish. Simply let us know when your delivery is set up if we need to have someone on hand to assist. 7. Your group workers should also be prepared to verify delivery of all items on the shipper's bill of lading or shipping manifest BEFORE it is signed for. The driver will verify quantity of each item with you. Theonly way we can give credit for shorted or damaged items is if it noted at the time of delivery. 8. In order to offer your group a competitive profit margin and offer your customers fair retail pricing, prizes are not awarded on chilled products. We will note on your "Project Agreement" form if there is any exception such as early-bird booking bonus, bonus for holiday shoppe customers, etc. 9. Because we are relying on ananother company to handle and deliver your product while it is refrigerated, we cannot precisely control when delivery is made. There may be delays due to unforseen situations such as road conditions or mechanical breakdowns. Please be assured that every effort will be made within a two-hour window. With some advance planning and cooperation, we can request a specific date. It is best to set this date at least 4 months ahead of delivery. We will do our very best to coordinate delivery on your preferred day and within your requested two-hour time window. We will double-check with the supplier and verify this with you about a week ahead of your delivery. 10. Selling frozen foods for your group's fundraiser does not have to be an overwhelming task. If we all work together toward the same goal and are willing to be slightly flexible it can be a rewarding and profitable sale for all involved. |
